| Valerie Wezran is a mother of two, as well as Certified Birth Doula (toLabor), Childbirth Educator (BirthWorksInternational), and Nurse-Midwifery student at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Through her private doula practice, Belly Love Birth Services, she has been serving clients throughout theChicagoland area since October 2009. Valerie utilizes a number of holistic modalities in her technique as a birth assistant, including yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, visualization and acupressure. She considers herself well-versed inHypnobirthing, Bradley and the Lamaze methods. In addition, she is a member of Birthlink, the Northeastern Illinois Doula Association (NEIDA) and La Leche League International. Her family of four is committed to green living and parenting. |
